Warehouse Janitorial Associate

About the role

Join our Warehouse Janitorial Associate/Cleaning Crew as a full-time, permanent team member. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to workplace safety.

Schedule

• Days/nights vary, including weekends
• Full-time shift: 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Pay

Starting pay: $16.50 per hour

Progressive Pay is available at select locations: a $0.50 increase after 90 days and an additional $0.30 increase after 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), and office areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash
• Ensuring all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
• Cleaning totes and other items
• Performing deep cleaning as needed
• Following all safety and quality standards
• Other basic janitorial duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Frequent walking in and around the facility throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical handling documents (available in English and Spanish where required)
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, foot pedals, manual tasks (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and repetitive wrist motion

All non-exempt employees must download and use the KBSPresence mobile app on their personal devices for timekeeping, attendance, training, and employment-related communications. Cell phone reimbursement is provided in accordance with local laws.
