Join our Warehouse Janitorial Associate/Cleaning Crew as a full-time, permanent team member. This role is ideal if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to make an impact on workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), and office areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash
• Ensuring all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
• Cleaning totes and other items
• Performing deep cleaning as needed
• Following all safety and quality standards
• Other basic janitorial duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Frequent walking in and around the facility throughout the entire shift
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical handling sheets (generally in English; may have Spanish versions where required)
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, foot pedals, manual tasks (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)

All non-exempt employees must download and use the KBSPresence mobile app on their personal devices to clock in/out for shifts and breaks. Cell phone reimbursement is provided where required by local law.

Schedule

• Days/nights vary, including weekends
• Shifts available:
  • 5:00am – 1:30pm
  • 1:00pm – 9:30pm
  • 9:00pm – 5:30am

Pay

Starting pay: $16.90 per hour

Progressive Pay is available at select locations, with a $0.50 increase after 90 days and an additional $0.30 increase after 180 days.

Quick Pay is a voluntary benefit allowing hourly employees to access a portion of their pay before the scheduled payday.
