Responsibilities

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), and office spaces
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and taking out trash
• Ensuring all aisles remain clean and orderly at all times
• Cleaning bags and other items
• Performing deep cleaning as needed
• Following all safety and quality standards
• Other basic cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move containers up to 49 pounds
• Frequent walking inside and around the facility throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours
• Background check and drug test required
• Ability to read and interpret safety standards, operating/maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical handling documents (typically in English; Spanish where required by state)
• Proficiency in eye/hand coordination, foot (pedals), manual (picking, pinching, gripping, grasping), and repetitive wrist movements (flexion/rotation)

KBS uses the mobile time-tracking software KBSPresence to record work hours, manage attendance, complete required training, and distribute important job information. All non-exempt employees must download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in/out for shifts and breaks. Reimbursement for cell phone usage is provided in accordance with local laws.

Schedule

Days and nights vary, including weekends.

• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Pay

Starting salary: $17.11 per hour

Progressive pay increases may be available at some locations (not guaranteed):

• $0.50 increase after the first 90 days
• $0.30 increase after completing 180 days

Rapid Pay: A voluntary benefit allowing employees to access a portion of their earned wages before the scheduled payday (available to full-time and part-time employees paid via direct deposit).
