Vendor Compliance Supervisor Denver, CO Shift: Monday-Friday 4:30 AM - Until work is completed Salary: $65K plus quarterly bonus Job Summary This role is a pivotal position which ensures the overall success and compliance of the auditing process. This role will oversee a team of associates who perform auditing and unloading functions with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement. This role will also work with the site management to ensure that the operation is effective, efficient, and safe and recommend areas of improvement. Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises a team of Vendor Compliance AuditorsSupervises a team of Unloaders Responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Monitor load counts and volume daily to ensure proper staffing levelsCommunicate and monitor performance metricsAssign workload to ensure efficiencyCommunicate violations and overall metrics with site leadership dailyValidate violations prior to allowing loads to leave the facilityAll aspects of associate management including recruiting, training, ongoing coaching, and corrective action as needed in conjunction with the Vendor Compliance ManagerIdentify and recommend areas for improvement to the site management #CB
