About the role

The Warehouse Inventory Specialist I role is an entry-level position in our Inventory Management Office and Warehouse. The role includes multiple activities within secured areas, requiring the team member to handle documents, inventory, and materials in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Handle documents in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent flow from one department to the next.
  • Follow established procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional mandatory overtime.
  • Oversee and manage the DMV-Dealer fulfillment process from start to finish.
  • Accurately select, pack, and prepare license plates and other DMV inventory for shipment.
  • Perform regular quality control checks to ensure both state and company policies are met.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, restocking as necessary.
  • Maintain organization of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and safety at all times.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to the appropriate team members promptly.
  • Sort and image Lender packets in vault/secure room.
  • Retrieve perfecting documents from a secured vault repository.
  • Sign off on State documents.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional time management, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds consistently.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.
  • Ability to transport boxes of inventory to and from the warehouse daily.

Pay

The hourly rate range for this position is $18.50 - $19.40. The final pay will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training, and skills.
