About the role

This hourly, non-exempt position focuses on executing and overseeing the cycle counting process to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory. Responsibilities include conducting regular, systematic counts of inventory items, maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory, identifying discrepancies, and implementing efficient inventory control procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents and maintain all data relative to shipping activities.
  • Conduct and manage the physical inventory process of all products.
  • Monitor and/or conduct physical inventory counts, analyze variances, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Determine inventory differences and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Conduct cycle counting on a daily basis.
  • Operate equipment such as forklift, overhead crane, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as required or requested.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of inventory experience required.
  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
  • One (1) year of experience operating a forklift.
  • Ability to use a computer or tablet is a plus.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.

This is a safety-sensitive position.

Schedule

Monday to Friday from 06:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with 2 Saturdays a month from 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM.

Pay

This position pays from $19.75 to $22.75 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires typically earn between $49,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.
