Job Details Description Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm Job Responsibilities Assess trainees and coaches Team Members to improve their skill sets as it pertains to end loop functions.Conducts one-on-one training as needed.Completes training documentation/equipment certification on trainees.Housekeeping of department/areasReliable attendance at scheduled shiftsPerforms all duties in conformance to appropriate safety, security, and quality standards.Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.Must be certified on all assets.Unload rework trailer into designated location. Scanning all material.Ensure all rework/QHold material is labeled correctly (Label Faces out/toward tractor aisle).Supply rework team with Hold Product.Adhere to all rework scanning procedures.Work professionally with rework team and Supervisor.Scan material from rework to designated locations, Trailer/BayWork with warehouse supervisor on disposition of reworked finished goods.Ensure rework bays/racks inventory is accurate (cycle counts).Maintain and assist with keeping a clean work environment.Report to Quality Manager and Operations Manager.When there isn’t any rework, assist warehouse with tasks needed, i.e., flow to work and cross train. (Priority is Production Lines. Skills & Abilities Education- High School Graduate or General Education Degree preferred.Experience- Two (2) years related experience in warehouse environment preferred.Computer Skills- Basic Computer Skills Position Qualifications Attendance- Ability to work required schedule and arrive at work on time. Ability to work the voluntary/mandatory overtime that is required during the busy season.Communication- Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally in a courteous and professional manner with others. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.Mathematics-Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplications, and division) in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.Language_- Ability to identify and compare letter and numbers. Ability to read and write simple sentences. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with individual team members.Diversity Oriented- Ability to work effectively with people regardless of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or job typeRelationship Building- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, co-workers, and management.Productivity: Ability to maintain a level of production that meets or exceeds the established guidelines. Ability to complete evaluations on progress of trainees.Paperwork Verifications- Ability to verify paperwork necessary to ensure customer is receiving correct product. Ability to inspect condition of product received and product going out to ensure quality.Organized- Ability to follow a systematic method of performing a task.Accountability- Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.Accuracy- Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect Team Member safety.Adaptability- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.Autonomy- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Safety Awareness- Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect Team Member safety.
