Warehouse Forklift Driver

About the role

Provides support to the warehouse by ensuring the warehouse is organized & stocked. The techs will prepare, receive and ship warehouse deliveries. The tech will be trained to operate a forklift, pallet jack, powered pallet jack and scissor-lift.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for incoming / outgoing finished goods, materials, and ingredients
• Unloading and loading trucks using all appropriate paperwork (cab sheets, in/out form, etc.)
• Inventory management
• Maintain inventory accuracy through review of all transactions
• Maintain inventory levels and movements to and from our off-site facilities
• Keep the PCE stocked with packaging to avoid all outages and shutdowns to production
• Return unused packaging back to the warehouse: fully validate packaging quantities prior to put away to ensure quantities in PCE are accurate and available for consumption
• Physical inventory counts to be verified on a weekly basis for full warehouse count on a monthly basis
• Locate finished goods produced by the PCE in the warehouse
• Must be fork truck trained
• Required to drive TPT box truck

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 yrs. previous warehouse experience preferred
• Mathematical skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Dependable & Reliable
• Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required
• Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned
• Regularly required to lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs.
• Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Required to interact with multiple food sources including soy and peanut
• Forklift experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)
