Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Safely operated forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products throughout the warehouse.
• Loaded and unloaded inbound and outbound trucks efficiently and accurately.
• Stocked shelves and placed inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Organized and maintained warehouse storage areas to ensure accessibility and cleanliness.
• Built, banded, shrunk-wrapped, and secured pallets for shipment.
• Aided in creating products and preparing materials for transportation.
• Moved raw materials and finished goods to and from production lines as needed.
• Verified product quantities and inspected shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Followed inventory control procedures and assisted with cycle counts when required.
• Maintained a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhered to all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Performed other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and forklift operating experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience loading/unloading trucks and handling palletized freight.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic problem-solving skills and a positive work ethic.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally to move objects.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Preferred Skills

• Warehouse organization and inventory management experience.
• Experience banding pallets, creating shipments, and preparing freight for transport.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality work.
• Able to identify and resolve routine warehouse issues efficiently.
