Warehouse Flow Manager

About the role

The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Responsibilities

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
• Day-to-day planning and scheduling
• Health and Safety Management
• State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
• Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
• One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required
• Advanced Logistics industry knowledge
• Advanced Knowledge of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations
• Advanced Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
• Advanced Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production

Qualifications

• Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
• One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required
• Advanced Logistics industry knowledge
• Advanced Knowledge of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations

Pay

Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
Annual Salary Pay: $85,000 to $87,693

Schedule

This new operation requires a high degree of schedule flexibility, as shifts and coverage needs are still being developed. Employees must be available to work additional hours, days, and varying schedules as necessary to meet business demands.
