Warehouse Delivery Shipper and Receiver

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries in company van or box truck
• Unload materials at jobsites and carry into building
• Occasionally assist installers on-site as needed
• Stage equipment for installers and project managers by project number and location
• Keep the warehouse clean and presentable, break down boxes and empty trash
• Operate fork truck to move product or unload deliveries
• Track product shipments
• Auxiliary with inventory and UPS/FedEx materials as needed
• Palletize/crate material as needed for LTL shipping
• Auxiliary with project managers as required
• Follow-up on back ordered equipment

Requirements

• Pass all pre-employment background investigations and drug testing
• Capable of lifting in excess of 50 pounds, sitting for extended periods of time, able to climb steps and ladders
• Clean driving record
• Excellent interpretation skills and ability to communicate with vendors, transportation delivery drivers, customers, managers and coworkers
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic literacy skills
• Basic computer literacy and experience
