Responsibilities

• Material handling of inbound and outbound renal products by verifying SKUs, lots, quantity, and condition of packages.
• Outbound process includes picking and staging items in the correct delivery sequence according to orders and balancing weight for the appropriate truck.
• Check final pick with transportation documents, manually stretch-wrap pallets, and prepare shipments for pickup.
• Assist with return products, inventory reconciliation, replenishment of pick locations, housekeeping, and general upkeep of supplies and equipment.
• Perform pick-pack operations.
• Use material handling equipment for safe and efficient movement of products in distribution centers and vehicles.
• Uphold good housekeeping and warehouse standards.
• Utilize equipment such as box knives, tape guns, hand pallet jacks, manual stretch wrappers, and motorized material handling equipment (MHE).
• Use communication equipment, RF scanning devices, and computers.
• Learn and follow all distribution facility policies and procedures for safety and job-specific duties.
• Stage and balance loads in proper sequence.
• Ensure proper products are loaded and all paperwork and equipment are prepared for daily driver dispatch.
• Drive small vans to make customer deliveries in emergencies or overflow situations.
• Process, label, and stage all returned products for occasional third-party logistics (3PL) processing.
• Maintain and clean the warehouse according to daily activity and established schedules.
• Work with 3PL and Vantive staff to resolve discrepancies found during order validation and loading.
• Work directly with drivers to problem-solve and find continuous improvement opportunities in loading and unloading processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous forklift experience preferred; certification not required (will be provided).
• Ability to read, write, and count in English.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 65 lbs. from floor to above head.
• Ability to verify product accuracy, including customer name, product code, quantity, and expiration.
• Ability to operate pallet rider material handling equipment and hand stretch wrap devices.
• Legible handwriting.

Pay

The estimated base salary for this position is $44,800 to $61,600 annually. The range reflects an anticipated salary range based on market data and other factors, including location, skills, expertise, and experience.
