Warehouse Coordinator - Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator responsible for accurate storage, shipping, receiving, and inventory management in both frozen and dry goods warehouse areas.

Responsibilities

• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently, passing certification training, and relocating products within the warehouse.
• Utilizing ERP systems and RF technology for order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and real-time updates.
• Unloading inbound shipments, storing products properly, and preparing items for shipment to meet customer requirements.
• Performing cycle counts, checking freight for accuracy and damage, and maintaining inventory control using FIFO principles.
• Ensuring a well-organized warehouse environment and adhering to safety standards, especially in cold storage conditions ranging from 24°F to -10°F.
• Analyzing inventory variances and maintaining accurate records for security and efficiency.

Qualifications and skills

• Experience operating forklifts and knowledge of warehouse processes.
• Ability to work effectively with inventory control systems and RF technology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in cold storage environments and perform physical tasks related to warehousing and logistics.
