Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Provides administrative support for the Shipping Department, including communication, paperwork, and system data entry. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, performing any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Schedule

Sunday - Thursday, 9 AM - finish (8-10 hours)

Pay

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Ability to operate computer systems and 10-key
• Coordinate shipping function
• Coordinate SAE Console: maintain and sanitize; issue units daily
• Assist/Backup Truck Builder Software
• Clerical duties
• Invoicing all shipments
• Performing post-billing function
• Special projects
• Key in catch-weights
• Generate and organize invoices for use by delivery drivers
• Monitor & record mis-pick ratio for shipping
• Complete required daily reports for the shift
• Prepare, sort, and issue picking labels to order selectors
• Check inventory using system access for items that cannot be located
• Assist supervisors with warehouse operations, lost product, order selection
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 6+ months warehouse shipping and/or receiving admin support and data entry
• Assist/backup Truck Builder Software
• Ability to communicate information accurately
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and dependability
• Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds as needed
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry) as needed
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
