About The Role

As a CBRE Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks. This is an onsite role in Redmond, WA Monday - Friday and the shift times are from 1PM to 9:30PM. This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization’s supply chain.

What You’ll Do

  • Aid with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks.
  • Pack and unpack shipments, including processing, scanning, and shelving parts, pulling orders, and entering data into the inventory control systems.
  • Maintain clean and safe working environments by sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Assist with general maintenance including light painting, carpentry, and basic repairs of tools.
  • Maintain upkeep of stockroom and other storage areas and merge existing stock to improve space usage.
  • Perform labeling of materials under required procedures.
  • Audit warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting.
  • Solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need

  • A High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • May require equipment certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks.
  • Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Compensation

  • The minimum salary for the Warehouse Coordinator position is $22.00 and the maximum salary for the Warehouse Coordinator position is $25.50 per hour.
  • The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
