Warehouse Blending Lead

About the role

Ryder is seeking a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Blend Tech in Provo, Utah. Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly. Hourly Pay is $21.00 per hour. Apply Here with Ryder Today.

Responsibilities

• Produce product to customer quality expectations in a safe and proficient manner, paying close attention to detail in documentation.
• Provide basic training to new workers.
• Communicate needs with warehouse personnel to ensure no interruptions to production and enforce all GMPs at all times.
• Determine items with quality concerns and communicate to quality control for inspection.
• Ensure production is properly identified according to specification.
• Ensure measuring devices used for production are in calibration and document their identifying number in the Production Batch Record.
• Avoid contamination by ensuring a clean and safe work area.
• Batching and Blending: oversee the cleaning of the production area and prepare it for interaction with sanitation.
• Assure compliance with all SQF Procedure and GMP requirements.
• Affirm compliance with all customer specifications.
• Promote and enforce compliance with all employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) to Three (3) years or more in related experience.
• Experience with flavor systems, flavor development, and sensory evaluation techniques (Intermediate).
• Strong formulation skills (Intermediate).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Qualifications

• Some positions may require additional screening including employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

Skills

• Intermediate experience with flavor systems, flavor development, and sensory evaluation techniques.
• Strong formulation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up practices.

Pay

Hourly Pay is $21.00 per hour. Pay is Weekly.
