Responsibilities
- Execute loading and unloading operations
- Inspect and verify products before storing in warehouse
- Deliver, stock, fulfill, and count inventory
- Keep work area neat and organized
- Work with a team to ensure quality, delivery and timeliness of orders are met
- Maintain and service company equipment
- Operate forklift to handle products and warehouse materials
- Operate pumps, motors and electrical devices
- Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with established safety procedures and practices
- Other tasks and projects as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- At least 6 months warehouse experience
- Reside within reasonable commuting distance
- Courteous and professional demeanor
- Able to communicate in English well enough to perform the job duties
- Able to work productively without constant supervision
- Stable employment history
- Previous experience operating a forklift effectively
- Able to work overtime, nights, weekends
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Able to exert 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25-50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10-20 pounds of force constantly
- Able to bend, sit, squat, stand, crawl, walk and reach above shoulder
Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
- With inventory control devices such as handheld scanners and electronic order systems
- Experience with dehydration and filtering of oils and fuels
- Experience working on pumps, motors, and filtering systems
