Warehouse Attendant

Responsibilities

• Execute loading and unloading operations
• Inspect and verify products before storing in warehouse
• Deliver, stock, fulfill, and count inventory
• Keep work area neat and organized
• Work with a team to ensure quality, delivery and timeliness of orders are met
• Maintain and service company equipment
• Operate forklift to handle products and warehouse materials
• Operate pumps, motors and electrical devices
• Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with established safety procedures and practices
• Other tasks and projects as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• At least 6 months warehouse experience
• Reside within reasonable commuting distance
• Courteous and professional demeanor
• Able to communicate in English well enough to perform the job duties
• Able to work productively without constant supervision
• Stable employment history
• Previous experience operating a forklift effectively
• Able to work overtime, nights, weekends
• Able to work in extreme weather conditions
• Able to exert 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25-50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10-20 pounds of force constantly
• Able to bend, sit, squat, stand, crawl, walk and reach above shoulder

Qualifications

Preferred Experience:

• With inventory control devices such as handheld scanners and electronic order systems
• Experience with dehydration and filtering of oils and fuels
• Experience working on pumps, motors, and filtering systems
