Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming equipment and materials for accuracy and quality
- Prepare, package, and ship outbound materials using proper crating, palletizing, and labeling methods
- Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on time
- Perform order fulfillment from initial request through shipment and notification
- Maintain organized storage locations and update inventory movements in the system
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
- Support Field Service teams by identifying material availability and proper part selection
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping dock environment
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (propane preferred)
- Work collaboratively with management, coworkers, visitors, and customers
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
Qualifications and Requirements
- One (1+) year of experience in the same or similar role is desired
- Able to lift 75+ pounds several times per day
- Forklift certification required (propane preferred)
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience using basic hand and power tools (drills, hammer, circular saw, etc.)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report
