Warehouse Associate Part-Time

About the role

Join Mondelēz International/NABISCO as a Warehouse Associate and help drive the future of snacking. You will participate in daily warehouse activities in a safe and organized manner.

Schedule

Monday – Friday (flexible 4–5 days per week), 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 10–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Participate in warehouse activities including truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining warehouse organization.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks on warehouse equipment.
• Accurately assemble and load products on delivery trucks in a timely manner.
• Perform order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
• Maintain an accurate running inventory.
• Record, report, and return defective items from previous deliveries.
• Accept, verify, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries and shipments following company policy.
• Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.

Requirements

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in physical activities such as lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling (up to 50 lbs./25 kg).
• Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks preferred.
• Possess or able to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment.
• General understanding of warehouse operations and practices.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
• Willingness to take on other related duties as assigned.

Skills

• Utilize Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM).
• Follow schedules and instructions from supervisors for efficient operations.
• Flexibility with schedules based on customer demands.

Pay

Hourly pay rate: $26.67 per hour.

Benefits

Part-time associates are not provided benefits under the current Collective Bargaining Agreement. However, employees who work during a holiday week will receive four (4) hours of holiday pay.
