Warehouse Associate - Direct Hire - Full/Part-Time

This is a direct hire opportunity supporting daily warehouse operations in Fairless Hills, PA.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position supports order fulfillment, receiving, organization, and general facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments
• Sorting and organizing product on racks and shelves
• Receiving, unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming inventory
• Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and cherry pickers
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Assisting with inventory management and record keeping
• Supporting process improvements and team collaboration

Requirements

• 2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Pallet jack and cherry picker certification a plus
• Ability to lift/move inventory up to 40 lbs
• Dependability, punctuality, and strong communication skills
• Basic math and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and able to start quickly

Pay

$17-$19/hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time shifts available between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
