Warehouse Associate - Direct Hire

About the role

This position offers various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with a pay rate of $18.50 to $19/hour. Join a fast-paced warehouse and fulfillment operation, supporting accurate order processing and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, stow, and stage products for shipment
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders
• Move products safely around the facility and operate equipment in a secure manner
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols
• Maintain productivity and quality goals

Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment with noise and varying temperatures
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, production, or general labor experience, and familiarity with RF scanners or handheld devices.
