Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

About the role

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment through stocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Conducting daily cycle counts and investigating discrepancies.
• Using equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintaining a clean work environment to ensure product integrity and safety.
• Verifying received products against documentation and reporting damages or discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (up to 1 year).
• Ability to operate RF scanning equipment.
• Comfort working in a climate-controlled environment and performing manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and punctuality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand long periods, and walk up to 8 miles per shift.
• Key qualities include: motivated, hard-working, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
