About the Role
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for storing, moving, and handling products and materials, as well as working in our finished goods department. Warehouse Associates work in a structured environment to minimize safety risks and must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times. Sit-down forklift experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Physically and systemically receive finished goods from Palletizers and move them to warehouse storage or outbound trailers
- Assist with hold and re-work processes
- Follow all company procedures for safety, quality, and job work instructions
- Safely and efficiently operate a forklift
- Perform general housekeeping, cleaning, and other tasks as assigned
- Operate and troubleshoot robots
- Change pallet patterns
- Move raw and packaging materials between the warehouse and production floor
- Remove scrap modules and pallets from the floor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous material handling experience is a plus (varies by location)
- Sit-down forklift experience required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)
Work Environment
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
- Team-based setting requiring respectful and professional communication
- Ability to work overtime, including across shifts, based on staffing needs and customer demand
Physical Requirements
- Frequent reaching with hands and arms
- Ability to lift up to 90 lbs. (assisted) and 40 lbs. (unassisted)
- Standing for up to 80% of the scheduled shift
- Walking, climbing, and balancing throughout the shift
