About the Role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for storing, moving, and handling products and materials, as well as working in our finished goods department. Warehouse Associates work in a structured environment to minimize safety risks and must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times. Sit-down forklift experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Physically and systemically receive finished goods from Palletizers and move them to warehouse storage or outbound trailers
• Assist with hold and re-work processes
• Follow all company procedures for safety, quality, and job work instructions
• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift
• Perform general housekeeping, cleaning, and other tasks as assigned
• Operate and troubleshoot robots
• Change pallet patterns
• Move raw and packaging materials between the warehouse and production floor
• Remove scrap modules and pallets from the floor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous material handling experience is a plus (varies by location)
• Sit-down forklift experience required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)

Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
• Team-based setting requiring respectful and professional communication
• Ability to work overtime, including across shifts, based on staffing needs and customer demand

Physical Requirements

• Frequent reaching with hands and arms
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs. (assisted) and 40 lbs. (unassisted)
• Standing for up to 80% of the scheduled shift
• Walking, climbing, and balancing throughout the shift
