Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

About the role

L2 Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the 2nd shift team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate product movement within the facility. Your responsibilities include processing, pulling, and packaging orders, receiving and organizing incoming inventory, inspecting products, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and operating various warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process, pull, and package orders
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory
• Inspect products and shipments for quality and accuracy
• Keep inventory organized and warehouse space optimized
• Perform quality control checks
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow all safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
• Offer ideas to improve efficiency and workflow

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who works with urgency and takes pride in doing things right
