About the role
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate
Responsibilities
- Fill and package orders according to specifications/instructions called out on paperwork.
- Operate packaging line, forklift and/or crane to move material.
- Perform final inspection of material and complete paperwork.
- Assist team with a variety of functions as required to support the operation.
- Maintain equipment in clean and working condition; report issues or breakdowns to Supervisor or Lead immediately.
- Train others as required.
- Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives and requirements.
- Effectively contribute to building a high-trust team.
- Opportunity to cross-train on helping/operating slitting and/or traverse winding lines with time.
- Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Ability to use basic measurement tools – calipers, micrometer, tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience
- Ability to use hand-held measuring tools
- Basic computer skills
