About the role
The Coast Warehouse Administrator role is critical to the day-to-day operations of order fulfillment and inventory processing in the warehouse(s). It is vital in supporting various teams including order picking, order packing, inbound freight, outbound freight and projects and interacting with other departments across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare daily dropship orders for customers including Coast Portland, TikTok, Costco, Home Depot, Target, HD Supply, and Global Industrial
- Process order documentation for key accounts including Amazon, REI, and Advance Auto
- Print pick tickets throughout the day and sort and prepare them for the picking team
- Auxiliary in researching order errors in NetSuite and PaceJet
- Support transfer receiving by verifying accuracy and confirming proper zone placement
- Auxiliary in container unloading and receiving for the Inbound Freight Team
- Book outbound LTL and TL shipments using the CH Robinson freight portal, Navisphere
- Perform daily cycle counts on system-generated SKUs
- Provide backup support across warehouse departments during callouts or periods of increased order volume
- Auxiliary in kitting and rework projects as needed, including assembling product displays
- Alert Customer Success Team to returned/rejected web order parcels
- Auxiliary the Warehouse Manager as needed and provide coverage during the manager’s absence
- Secure the warehouse building at the end of the day
- Prior use of Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to use handheld scanners for order and inventory processing
- Experience with ERP systems and order fulfillment processes
- Current forklift certification or ability to become certified
- Experience using manual and electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, tape guns, and box knives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to pass a federal background check in order to work with bonded inventory
Compensation & Benefits
COMPENSATION:
- Hourly: DOE — competitive compensation with opportunity for growth
- Pay Frequency: Semi-Monthly
- Anual Bonus: Discretionary based on overall company performance
