Warehouse/Admin Coordinator

About the role

A motivated, organized, and dependable Warehouse/Admin Coordinator to support both warehouse operations and administrative functions. This role ensures technicians have the materials and support they need while assisting with parts scheduling and providing excellent customer service over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Pull and stage materials, parts, and equipment for technicians.
• Deliver or pick up parts and equipment from suppliers and job sites as needed.
• Schedule parts with customers and quality assurance visits.
• Assist in fleet maintenance by scheduling trucks for service.
• Load and unload materials from company vehicles.
• Assist in keeping the building and offices clean.
• Support dispatch, scheduling, and office staff as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Clean criminal background and drug screen.
