Warehouse Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will help ensure materials are available where and when they are needed, coordinate inventory transfers, communicate material shortages, and work closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams to keep operations running efficiently.

• Cook up the flow of materials to support production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate material transfer documentation and inventory records.
• Run and distribute pick lists to ensure timely material movement.
• Communicate material shortages proactively and work with cross-functional teams to identify solutions.
• Investigate material shortages and production interruptions, complete root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor new component supply and material lead times to prevent outages.
• Aid in reducing excess and surplus inventory through ongoing analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve inventory and supply chain issues.
• Support special projects and other warehouse-related initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Knowledge of inventory control, supply chain processes, and FIFO methodology is required.
• Experience working with pick lists and system-generated reports is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry systems is required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• The ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
