Responsibilities
- Maintains standards of health, safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
- Maintains housekeeping of warehouse.
- Ensures the workplace health and safety requirements are met, takes responsibility for the security of the building and stock, and runs shift with safety and efficiency as priorities.
- Purchases ensures quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met. Responds to field communication, locates vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interviews them to determine product availability and sales terms. Administers on-line purchasing systems. Prepares and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
- Tools, Fleet, & Inventory Maintains records of goods ordered and received, log all rentals into the rental log and follow up with foreman on status. Manages stock control, receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading and transferring; document recording and data entry into system. Issues inventory report, in/out status report, dead stock report, goods age report, and consumption report. Returns all materials not required on a project or that were delivered incorrectly. Responsible for tool inventory and control: Tool transfers log in/out form, clean up, maintenance and repair of tools. Updates and maintains inventory tool list, delivery of tools to the jobsite.

Qualifications
- Education / Training: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with HVAC and/or Refrigeration concepts.
- Forklift operating experience/certification *REQUIRED*
