About the Role

Work alongside a dedicated team in a high-volume outpatient setting. Your responsibilities include preparing and cleaning bays, stocking supplies, assembling patient-ready packs, and assisting with endoscope reprocessing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean pre- and post-procedure bays between patients.
• Stock and maintain supplies in patient care areas.
• Assemble and maintain patient-ready bed and linen packs to support efficient patient flow.
• Perform or assist with endoscope reprocessing according to protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
• Collaborate with nursing and technical staff to support patient flow and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with infection prevention standards.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety, and ongoing training initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to take initiative, work efficiently, and support patient flow and operational needs in a high-volume outpatient setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage supplies, linens, and equipment inventories.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn departmental systems and processes.
• Excellent attendance and work ethic.
• Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
• Excellent communication skills, both professional and effective with patients, physicians, and other team members.
• A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.

Pay

Salary: Hiring range, based on experience and credentials: $22.65 - $30.65 per hour.
