Overview Of General Responsibilities And Duties
Coverage of appointments and screenings for the WAP Program.
Compilation and scheduling of documents related to the WAP Program.
Preparation of reports and maintenance of pertinent information.
Essential Functions
- Supports Weatherization team by assisting with recruitment, scheduling appointments, screening for eligibility, assigning priorities, notifying applicants of reasons for denial, maintaining waiting lists, identifying other needs, making appropriate referrals, compiling and maintaining documents, developing complete and accurate records, preparing reports, maintaining demographic data, terminating files, following up on applicants, providing education materials, issuing satisfaction survey results, following up on complaints, and resolving issues.
- Answering phone inquiries and in-person questions.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree (AA) in Business, Office Technology, or related field with six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Other Requirements
- Must be able to communicate with a wide variety of people.
- Must be computer literate, knowledgeable of various office software programs, and able to learn program-specific software within 90 days of hire.
