The fleet operates out of Rogers Executive Airport — Carter Field, eight miles from the home office, where Beaver Lake Aviation, a wholly owned Walmart subsidiary, has run the FBO since 1986.

• N392MS — 2024 Bombardier Global 7500 (BD-700-2A12, S/N 70209, hex A48B5B), registered January 2025 through TVPX Aircraft Solutions (an owner trust that keeps Walmart's name off the registry entry, though spotter databases label it plainly). This is the long-haul aircraft in the fleet and has been photographed as far out as Taipei Songshan.

Travel policy and disclosed FY26 personal aircraft use

The 2025 board adopted a policy requiring CEO Doug McMillon to use company aircraft for ALL business and personal travel based on a third-party security assessment; the same policy was adopted for John Furner upon promotion.
