About the role
Foundation Health Partners 1st Care is seeking an advanced practice provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join their highly experienced and growing team.
Opportunity
FHP 1st Care is an ED-light walk-in clinic that manages a variety of health concerns, including orthopedic injuries, minor traumas, acute and chronic illness, and pediatric complaints. Our team provides advanced diagnostics through our on-site lab and radiology, with efficient access to an advanced imaging center. As the go-to community provider for walk-in care, you can expect that every day will present new and exciting challenges.
Compensation
$135,000 base salary with an anticipated $110,000 to $123,200 in production pay, for an estimated total compensation between $245,164 and $258,364 annually. $40,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule
Three 12-hour shifts per week, 156 shifts per year. No on-call duties. 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME.

Average of 30 patients per day, ages 2 days to 99 years
