Walk-in Clinic (1st Care) Physician
The Opportunity
FHP 1st Care is an ED-light walk-in clinic that manages a variety of health concerns, including orthopedic injuries, minor traumas, acute and chronic illness, and pediatric complaints. Our team provides advanced diagnostics through our on-site lab and radiology, with efficient access to an advanced imaging center. As the go-to community provider for walk-in care, you can expect that every day will present new and exciting challenges.
Schedule
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- 156 shifts per year
- One shift of telemedicine per week
- Never on call
- 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME
Patients
Expect to see roughly 30 patients per day, ranging in age from 2 days to 99 years.
Team
11 providers who work independently in a collegial and collaborative environment.
Compensation
Starting at a base of $260,000 with an additional opportunity to increase earnings through productivity at $60.97 per wRVU after 4,265 wRVUs. $65k sign-on bonus.
