About the role

We're currently recruiting for Part-Time Server positions near Asheville! You'll join a supportive work environment and enjoy meals provided during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide all aspects of dining room service to Independent Living area residents and their families/guests in a traditional restaurant-style environment
• Interact and build rapport with residents/diners and their guests during meals
• Provide exceptional service to diners while greeting and taking orders, delivering food and beverages, bussing tables, and sanitizing assigned areas
• Set up the dining room space, perform opening and closing duties, and conduct deep cleaning of the dining area as needed

Requirements

• At least 6 months to 1 year experience
• Must be available to work in either Independent Living or Assisted Living

Schedule

• Open availability for both morning shifts and evening shifts (not a set schedule)
• 6:45am–8pm
• Weekend availability is a must
