About the role

We are looking for a warm and welcoming Waiter / Waitress to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional front of house team at Barrafina Restaurant in Kings Cross, London.

Responsibilities

• Work around the bar, creating an energetic and uniquely enjoyable service
• Watch the chefs at work and serve guests on a beautiful marble-topped bar
• Create a warm welcome and exceptional guest service
• Manage and exceed guest expectations
• Communicate effectively and clearly all times
• Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
• Show respect for colleagues and maintain the highest standards
• Love Spanish food and culture, and have a passion for the Hospitality Industry

Requirements

• Experience working as a Waiter or Waitress at a fast-paced high-quality restaurant
• A kind, friendly, and positive attitude
• A strong command of English language
• A good knowledge of the menus, ingredients, and allergens
• A strong team ethic

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for hospitality and Spanish cuisine

Salary of up to £39,916 based on 48 hours per week
