As a supervising clinician with Daybreak Health, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of youth mental health and make a lasting impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to associate-level therapists who help students navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, and stress.
• Witness tangible outcomes: be part of a program where 81% of students show improvement on standardized mental health scales.
• Foster academic success: support therapists in helping students improve their attendance, grades, and behavior—making a real difference in their educational journey.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships: guide therapists in creating meaningful connections with students, 90% of whom feel matched with the right clinician based on their personal preferences.
• Support families: assist therapists in offering guidance and resources to families, with 92% reporting positive behavioral changes at home.

Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).

Qualifications

• Bilingual Ability: Fluency in Spanish or other languages (preferred).
• Specialized Training: Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities (preferred).
• Educational Experience: Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions (preferred).
• Credentialing: Active NPI number and CAQH profile (required).
