VTC/Multimedia Systems & Network Cabling Integration

About the role

VTC/Multimedia Systems & Network Cabling Integration Supports installation, configuration, and maintenance of VTC and multimedia systems, including conference room setups and audio/visual troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Work strictly on an on-call basis in Colorado Springs, CO and/or Huntsville, AL
• Provide technical support for VTC systems (MS Teams, IP-based)
• Configure and maintain audio/visual equipment, digital displays
• Perform network cabling and troubleshooting
• Handle customer service inquiries related to VTC and multimedia systems

Requirements

• Active SECRET clearance
• Demonstrated experience in VTC systems (MS Teams, IP-based)
• Experience with audio/visual equipment, digital displays
• Knowledge of network cabling and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Ability to work on an on-call basis
• Technical skills in VTC systems and audio/visual equipment
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
