Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Runs major project crews; assumes responsibility for effective performance and provides necessary training.
  • Assumes responsibility for adherence to Company and customer safety and quality guidelines and holds weekly safety meetings.
  • Initiates performance-related communications and escalates to Project Manager if necessary.
  • Collaborates with Project Manager to ensure productivity, job completion, and compliance with project budget.
  • Completes all IES COMMERCIAL and project paperwork accurately and on time (timesheets, material transfers, work orders, change orders, tool transfers, etc.).
  • Performs quality checks; coordinates moves and cut sheets for voice and data cross connects; prepares red-lined as-built drawings.
  • Serves as the main on-site customer contact for questions and/or concerns; attends facility and construction meetings when required.
  • Demonstrates a detailed level of technical knowledge; troubleshoots and resolves technical issues as they arise.
  • Completes other responsibilities as assigned.
