A $5 Billion+ community-focused bank is quietly expanding in the Phoenix/Scottsdale market and is seeking a proven VP/SVP Commercial BDO Officer. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio, leverage existing relationships, and operate with a high level of autonomy. Responsibilities include:
- Establish and grow the commercial banking presence in the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale market
- Leverage existing relationships to build and manage a book of business
- Operate with a high level of autonomy within a supportive leadership team
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of local commercial lending experience
- A strong production history
- The drive to develop and manage their own book of business
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in commercial lending
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy
