THE CHALLENGE
- Develop and execute the long-term business development roadmap
- Identify and cultivate relationships with market makers and liquidity providers
- Create a performance-driven culture by setting the right metrics
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure technical feasibility and alignment
- Stay updated on market and industry developments, especially changes to licensing and regulations
OUR PROFILE
- 15+ years in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, or Sales Leadership
- At least 5 years specifically in Fintech, DeFi, Crypto, Sports Betting, or Financial Data Services
- Deep understanding of prediction markets, order book mechanics, and derivatives trading
- Existing network of contacts within institutional finance, market makers, and digital assets
- Proven track record of closing 7-figure enterprise deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships
- Role model, showcasing excellence and accountability
