About the role

As the VP, Retention & LTV, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value. This includes analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop targeted initiatives, and measuring the effectiveness of these efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proven track record in driving customer retention and increasing LTV
  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with large datasets and using statistical software
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with other business processes
  • Experience with AI tools and platforms

Pay

Salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 annually
