VP Operations

About the role

As a VP of Operations at Teachers Federal Credit Union, you will oversee all aspects of the credit union's operations, including member service, financial management, and compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring that the credit union operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
• Manage financial resources to support the credit union’s growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operations and improve overall performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in credit union operations, financial services, or a similar field.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and members.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of credit union operations, including lending, deposit products, and insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
