Vice President of Operations
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies that align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with community stakeholders to build and expand programs.
Manage all business functions, including marketing, staffing, and support services.
Ensure fiscal responsibility, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards are met.
Oversee resource allocation and budget adherence to optimize efficiency.
Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring program directors and operational staff.
Foster a collaborative culture centered on quality care and customer service.
Review clinical protocols, service definitions, and length-of-stay guidelines.
Support program directors in achieving performance targets and payer mix goals.
Drive continuous improvements to meet evolving client needs and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business management, psychology, social work, nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3-5 years of management experience in substance use or mental health services.
Expertise in clinical program development, supervision, and regulatory compliance.
Skills & Abilities
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple facilities and teams effectively.
Strong clinical judgment and operational expertise.
