VP, Relationship Manager - Mortgage Warehouse Lending

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for warehouse lending products
• Prepare and present Term Sheets to clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage an existing portfolio to ensure strong performance
• Present credit actions to loan committee along with the Credit team
• Liaise with Operations on client relationship management
• Achieve departmental goals for loan and deposit balances
• Oversee relationships in the Southeast Region of the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Warehouse Lending
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of warehouse lending processes
• Formal credit training required
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Ability to keep information confidential
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional work ethic and attitude
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Office Suite and AI tools

Pay

$150,000 – $170,000 annually
