Job Purpose & Scope
Serves as the Marketing advisor on our mortgage lending strategy to help unlock its value for our business – and represent mortgage lending in higher level conversations about the Bank OZK Brand.
Essential Job Functions
- Provides strategic guidance on paid marketing/advertising initiatives and collaborates with third-party vendors, the creative, digital marketing, and media teams on content planning.
- Develops, oversees, and ensures on-brand execution of the Marketing strategy for mortgage lending to meet business objectives.
- Executes campaign planning, management, implementation, and assessment in a timely manner.
- Led the Launch Teams in planning, development, and flawless execution of new mortgage lending business line.
- Mets or exceeds business objectives including awareness, inquiries, and revenue.
- Provides clear strategic direction and deadline management through project briefs for Bank OZK’s internal creative team.
- Refines Mortgage Lending campaigns in-market to optimize overall performance; works with media planning and digital strategy to develop recommendations on how to optimize campaign and channel performance.
- Contributes to mortgage lending’s presence (in-branch, in the realtor and builder space, on the website, in online banking and other touchpoints) with prospects and clients.
- Executes and supports Marketing initiatives for additional business lines, as needed.

- Knowledge of traditional, digital, and social media – and how they can be optimized.
- Knowledge of the role that digital and mobile play in the client experience – in conjunction with the in-person branch experience.
- Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of CRM platforms and integration with loan operating systems.
- Ability efficiently and effectively influence a team, keeping projects on strategy, on time, and on budget.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.
- Ability to multi-task, make decisions regarding priorities, and deal effectively with unexpected events.
- Ability to work without close supervision.

- Ability to be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to implement recommended initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or job-related field, or commensurate experience, required.
- 5+ years of experience working in marketing as a Marketing Program Lead or related capacity, required.
- Experience working for a Bank or related institution, or Mortgage Lending marketing experience, preferred.
