This is a remote, home-office-based position in the USA. Ideal candidate locations include AZ, CA, WA, NV, OR, UT, WY, or CO. Travel will be required to support the business.

About the Role

As a key opinion leader, you will direct and ensure cross-functional alignment between Service, Sales, Operations, and business units to drive business results within an assigned region. This role directly impacts CMSU's bottom-line success.

You will develop and implement strategic and operating Service plans consistent with financial, operational, and customer objectives for a designated region, including P&L responsibility in excess of $40M, growth in market share, margin attainment, and asset management.

Approximately 20% of your time will be dedicated to special projects assigned annually by the VP of Service.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and leverage cross-regional, national, and headquarters stakeholders to develop winning strategies, overcome challenges, resolve issues, and continuously improve business processes.
  • Partner with Sales counterparts to break through barriers and overcome competitive challenges, ensuring Bookings are effectively converted to Billings while meeting or exceeding budgets, timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships of varying types and sizes, up to and including the C-suite, driving customer acquisition and continuously improving customer satisfaction. Own the resolution of critical customer issues.
  • Build and lead an effective team of over 100 management, administrative, and highly technical employees, hiring for excellence and developing top talent.
  • Provide product and market feedback to CMSU executives on industry trends and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the medical device industry, its products, customers, and cycles.
  • Ability to analyze issues from a broad perspective, think globally, and project the impact of decisions into the future.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills in managing large, diverse teams and working successfully with varying levels of customers, including the C-suite.
  • Strong knowledge of business practices and procedures, including financials and forecasting.
  • Proven ability to negotiate in tough situations, both externally and internally, while maintaining relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills and functional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to use tact and diplomacy to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Effective talent management and team-building experience.
  • Active motor vehicle/driver's license from the state where the employee resides.

Qualifications

  • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 15 years of progressively responsible management experience, preferably in medical imaging, including P&L responsibility.
  • 5 years of senior-level leadership experience in a medical imaging/high-tech, national service organization, with at least 10 years field-based.

Pay

Minimum $172,300 to Maximum $287,300, dependent on experience.
