Job Responsibilities

  • Develops and owns a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers and the firm
  • Leads discovery efforts and research to uncover customer and stakeholder needs, translating insights into clear product direction
  • Owes, maintains, and evolves a prioritized product backlog aligned to strategic roadmaps and business outcomes
  • PARTNERS WITH ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE TEAMS TO DELIVER SCALABLE, RELIABLE, AND WELL-DESIGNED PRODUCT CAPABILITIES
  • ESTABLISHES FRAMEWORKS TO DEFINE, MEASURE, AND TRACK PRODUCT SUCCESS METRICS SUCH AS COST, PERFORMANCE, RELIABILITY, RISK POSTURE, AND OVERALL VALUE DELIVERY
  • COLLABORATES WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT ACROSS DEPENDENCIES, TIMELINES, AND EXECUTION
  • SURE SOLUTIONS MEET ENTERPRISE STANDARDS FOR RESILIENCE, SECURITY, AND OPERATIONAL READINESS

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, systems design, and data-informed decision-making
  • Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams in complex, highly regulated environments
  • Able to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving contexts while maintaining rigor and clarity
