The VP – Operations is responsible for managing the hands-on operational aspects within a platform. Through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by leadership and the objectives of company, the VP – Operations provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and management to a large physician practice management organization/MSO.
- Oversees and directs strategic planning and execution necessary to surpass revenue, profitability, cash flow, business goals, and objectives throughout the company’s operations.
- Provides the highest level of responsibility for effectiveness of internal and external processes within a division of the platform.
- Oversees the development of timely, accurate, and complete reports on the company’s operational condition.
