VP of Sales, Logistics Services
About the role
As a VP of Sales, you will lead the logistics services division, targeting industries like healthcare and hospitality. You will set strategy, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and grow your own book of business.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of logistics services sales
- Led, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team
- Build and expand your book of logistics services business
- Guide marketing strategy and oversee RFP responses
- Track results and adjust tactics to hit revenue growth goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or sales management
- 10+ years sales management experience building, training, and nurturing teams
- Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Deep industry knowledge and an extensive network of industry contacts strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical skills, including data and financial analysis to support effective decision-making and prioritization
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
- Willingness to travel as required to establish and maintain business relationships

Pay
The pay range is $150,000 - $175,000 base salary plus additional incentives. Starting pay is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement.
Schedule
Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, flexible time off, paid holidays, bereavement pay and retirement benefits.
